CrossFit 7220 is Laramie’s original and largest CrossFit Box and we love having out-of-town CrossFitters join us.
Are you passing through town or visiting Laramie for a few days and want to get in a workout or two at CrossFit 7220? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to ANY of our classes below:

KIDS: Experienced teen CrossFitters may attend the Saturday morning classes or open gym but weekday classes are reserved for adults only. We’d love to see your kids at our CrossFit Kids classes:
Summer Schedule:
ages 3-7: Mondays 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm
ages 8-11: Mondays 2:00 pm – 2: 45 pm
teens, ages 12-18: Monday, Wednesday 9:30-10:30 am
Our gym is located at 411 South 20th (corner of 20th & Garfield, north of theater)
